I’m Joydeep Roy, a pharmaceutical professional currently managing the Kenya business, shaped by more than sixteen years across sales, product management, international marketing, training, sales-force effectiveness and new-product development.

From science to commercial leadership

Born and raised near Kolkata, I built my scientific foundation in pharmaceutical technology at Jadavpur University. Frontline sales taught me to listen to the market; product and international roles taught me to convert those insights into clear strategy and consistent execution.

Today I am based in Nairobi. My earlier responsibilities across India, UAE, Sri Lanka and Cambodia continue to influence how I approach healthcare priorities, brands, customers and teams in Kenya.
